|Darwins Barra Base guide Allan Beale reported outstanding fishing from the Mary River freshwater last week.
|This picture is from a trip with Greg and Glenda Oaten from Sydney and John Siemienowicz from Mornington, Victoria, last week. Allan said the group caught 29 Barra with 13 over legal size, and 9 of the legal fish were returned to the water. "The biggest Barra was 72cm and we also caught a 72,71, two at 68, two at 65 and two at 63 among others." he said.|
