Darwins Barra Base Terms and Conditions for Fishing Tours and Accommodation bookings and website use.
Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Accommodation
If more than 4 weeks notice is given there will be a 25% cancellation fee.
If less than 4 weeks notice is given there will be a 100% cancellation fee.
Extended Fishing Safaris
A 20% deposit is required which is non-refundable if less than 8 weeks
cancellation notice is given.
If less than 4 weeks notice is given a 50% cancellation fee applies, and
if less than 2 weeks cancellation notice is given then a 100% cancellation
fee applies.
Day Trips
Once booked these are non-refundable.
Indemnity Policy
If you have a medical condition you must inform us at the time of booking or we might cancel booking and you will pay the cancellation fees.
